During
this day or ½ day, 3 people will take their seats in an American 4x4 and
each have a turn at driving it in accordance with instructions given by
supervisory staff. If there are several vehicles, then departure times will
be staggered by several minutes.
On the drive, participants will learn how to use navigational tools and will
be marked on their ability to understand, interpret and use a road book and
a compass. Depending on the objectives of the drive, other exciting
challenges such as 4x4 slalom, obstacles to clear and treasure hunts may be
included.
A meal tray or restaurant stop may also be organised on the day of the drive
to
punctuate the activity.
REMINDER: Our drives are governed by national road & traffic regulations and
all
participants must have a valid driver's license. This pursuit, which we
love, implies respect for nature and participants who forget this or
endanger other team-members shall be immediately excluded.
